What does stress look like to you?
Stress is a normal human reaction that happens to everyone. Your body is designed and prepared to experience stress and how to react to it. Stress becomes a problem when stressors continue without relief or periods of relaxation.
"During the time my mom passed away I felt as I was slowly crawling into a deep dark hole. I was barely able to focus at work and at home. I was in fear that I was going to lose my job, lose my mind and most of all, lose my life. Anxiety had become my best friend. I shed so many tears during this time and no one even understood what was going on with me, not even myself. After months of stress and pain, I turned to God and here I am today stronger than ever. Stress and anxiety will not take over my life." Precious
“Give your stress wings and let it fly away." Terry Guillemets
